Pam's first brush with insurance was in 1983 as a file clerk. In 1987 she obtained her license and began selling non-standard auto. She did this for over 10 years before branching out into commercial lines. In 2005 she purchased Innovative Risk Services and continues to grow the agency.

 

A native of Dalton, Georgia, Pam currently lives in Chatsworth, GA. She is married to Andy and together they have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She is colon cancer survivor and dedicates her time to raising money benefiting cancer patients, including organizing a large-scale motorcycle rally.

Known by the other staff as “Little Pam,” Pam Shannon is a Customer Service Representative at Innovative. She has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years, including 20 years as an underwriter for Travelers Insurance. In 1992 Pam moved to Dalton and decided to stay in insurance through the agency side of the industry.

 

Pam resides in Chatsworth, GA with her husband, Dave. They have 2 children and 7 grandchildren.
